Frequently asked questions
How well does it protect my product?
It depends on product weight, insert thickness and how you ship, so we do not publish blanket comparisons. If you have a cushioning spec your product must pass, send it. We will test against your conditions and share the results.
What does it look and feel like?
A matte, cream to light-brown surface with visible natural fibres. Each piece differs slightly because it grows on its own. Holding a sample is the best way to judge it.
Can you ship samples outside Thailand?
Tell us where you are and we will check what is possible. Production stays in Thailand.
What does pricing depend on?
Mainly the weight and shape of the insert, whether a new mold is needed, and volume. Our work suits limited collections, seasonal sets and special gift sets.
