• What you use for cushioning today, and what is not working

After you send the form

2. A short 15-minute call to plan the shape
3. We confirm the sample date. The material needs time to grow, so we give a clear date once we see your product

If your shape needs a new mold, we will tell you the timing and send a standard insert so you can feel the material first.
