Does it work with candles in glass jars or reed diffuser bottles?
Yes. We mold the insert to the size of your jar or bottle so the product sits still in the box, and you start with a sample packed with your real product before deciding.
Can it be shipped through parcel carriers?
Tell us how you ship. When we discuss details, we design the insert thickness and shape for that shipping method. If you have a cushioning spec your product must pass, send it. We will test against your conditions and share the results.
What does it look like? Does it suit premium brands?
A cream to light-brown fibre surface, with slight differences between pieces because the material is grown. Some brands see this as its charm, others want identical surfaces. Seeing a real sample first is the best way to decide.
Is there a minimum order?
It depends on whether a new mold is needed. Our work suits limited collections, seasonal sets and special gift sets. Send your details and we will assess them.
Can it be combined with tissue paper, ribbon or a card?
Yes. The insert holds the product still, and wrapping, ribbon or cards can be designed together with us. We leave room for them in the mold.
