Our Vision · About Thereon
We believe nature always has the best answers. Thereon combines mycelium with agricultural residues, so the fibres grow into a material that is entirely biomass and not made from petrochemicals.
01
The problem of foam and plastic waste in Thailand is massive, taking longer than a lifetime to decompose. We started asking,
“Why use materials that last 500 years to pack products we unwrap in 5 minutes?”
02
We discovered that mushrooms are not just food, but nature's engineers. Mushroom roots, known as "mycelium", can bind loose fibres into a molded shape, so every piece carries its own fibre pattern.
Thereon was born to bridge biotechnology and product design, delivering sustainable choices to brands worldwide.
The principles that drive Thereon
Every claim must be provable.
We develop products with science and research to ensure quality.
Sustainability must come with beauty, adding value to the brand.
